STA Level 2 Award in Swimming Pool Water Testing
The four-hour Swimming Pool Water Testing qualification is perfect for those responsible for carrying out routine pool water tests.
The Course
Who is the course designed for?
Many lifeguards, for example, must test pool water as part of their job role, and this qualification gives learners the basic information and skills necessary to competently test swimming pool and spa water, whilst providing a basic understanding of the outcomes of those tests.
On the STA Level 2 Water Testing course, you will learn how to use a photometer and comparator, understand pool water readings, where to take test samples from and much more.
Assessment Methods
A satisfactory completion of the course manual and end-of-course worksheet is needed, whilst undertake practical water testing, analysis and interpretation.
